Demo requests and follow-up
We collect the details you submit, including your name, company and preferred email or phone, plus optional product and callback information. The request is stored by PlyView and delivered to our Hostelastic One CRM so our team can respond, keep a record and follow up. Requesting a demo does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Marketing emails
We use our connected Mailer platform to manage reviewed business outreach and follow-up journeys. Marketing recipients can unsubscribe using the link in an email or ask our team to stop. We maintain opt-out and delivery-suppression records so future sends respect those choices.
Service and usage data
Our services run on Cloudflare. We use security checks, technical request data and cookies needed for access and preferences. Demo interaction counts help us understand room and design interest; a design view is not a completed sale. When available, campaign attribution helps connect an enquiry with the page or campaign that brought it here.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction or removal of your enquiry information, or to stop follow-ups. We may retain records needed for an existing service, accounting obligations or to honour an opt-out. Do not submit confidential financial records through the demo form.
